Very low category insititutions. It is seem to be an private institution not college. There is very toxic environment ,full of dirty politics. Worst management i have ever seen. College authority is busy to promote thereselves rather than focus on education. MD dosen't know how to behave the faculty members.He think a group D staff is much better than the faculties. Another two dangerous name is Sudpto Pramanik and Arpita Saha. Both are the yes boss type. Even a chameleon feel ashame if it see them. Beware of this toxic instituions and try to stay away from it.

... bond, and if you don't it, they will harass you mentally in front of everyone. They will not give you your deserved salary and force you to resign. This sort of institution, or I muat say "club" should be closed immediately. They will track your each and every activity both inside and outside the college. My humble request to everyone, for God's sake, don't join this Institute. It will totally destroy your mental peace. Absolutely worst management. No gentleman can work here.

...l first make you to sign on bond paper then only they will release offer letter. In bond paper it is mentioned that if you leave in between the contract you need to return all you paid salary of every months, which is totally illogical and illegal. Management Director is worst.

Accommodation, coordination and duty meals are well. Good annual day functions happened.

They just keep teachers use them for teaching and after getting a new teacher at less salary they remove the old teacher within a short period.

It's not a college.. It's just like e jail👮🚓, and the managing director is the worst person I have ever met. No work culture and very toxic environment. Please don't join specially bca and hotel management department.
