Dislikes

The management, specifically the directors of the company are the worst. Lack of communication and upskilling is the major issue. If you can last 1 year here, you can witness your skills deteriorating drastically. The management does not know anything about writing and the can't talk to clients properly, due to that writers and TLs have to deal with issues with tasks. They terminate employees, without any proper grounds and try to implement hidden policies to cut down your salaries. Please give a second thought before joining here.

The training facility provided by the organisation is outstanding. Small organisation, however they are growing fast. Friendly atmosphere and lots of new things to learn. Good incentives. Leave structure is good. Hierarchy is friendly.

Dislikes

Office structure is not ergonomic.
