Its good to work there salary don’t matter at that time coz i just go to get an experience i get to know many more things about the people about their thinking. we have very good atmosphere to develop and learn the job style and corporate style. we maintain good communication with our team and done great job there.

Good Company. But please join in Microbiology Department. The worst work culture they are practising.No work life balance.And the managers will forcefully tell to come and do two shifts daily.

Weekend working hours I.e half a day on Saturdays, free food and cab

Work culture, lack of guidance from seniors, blame games, Gossips on personal issues, targeting people for personal reasons, work load on people who are working religiously, no work recognization, no appreciation, no proper communication between management and shop floor employees.

Production people don't have power.Whereas security has high power. First ,the bathroom were not good . Separate bathroom were provided for each department like R&D ,QC,QA,etc., but for api production there is no facilities. For good working people ,the higher people's not appreciating them ,but the time passers remains as good working people.
