The only good thing about the organization is the salary is always on time

They make changes to company policy at any given time & then force employees to follow the same, Do not expect any support from HR as they are so arrogant that they even do not bother to reply to your mails unless you send at-least 2-3 reminders

The company does not provide medical claim facility below 25000 salary. Cab charges are higher than other companies.

They supported alot Durning Covid and they give us bonus during this period as we needed a lot this was a big support for all of them thanks a lot and I request to give the us in future also work from home.please

Caution -join at your own career risk. They don't care for employs they don't allow you to do anything without hr permissions u can't even drink water without permission u just have to wait your whole life for change. They spoil your career think for work

Plenty of politics right from the top to the bottom of the food chain which is clearly visible with partiality and favouritism. Frequent team changes, poor hiring, 3 months notice period with buyout on gross CTC and not basic. Induction happens with lot of people on a zoom link and people keep asking questions a week after the induction. Townhalls conducted by India management are more to drive performance than provide a visibility on where the buisness is heading.
