Dislikes

1. Work life balance could be worse depending on the project in which you are working and sometimes you may end up working on more than a single project. 2. Appraisals are not upto the mark. 3. Appraisal cycle is not good as you would have merit increase discussion 6 months after appraisal cycle ends and will get the appraisal letter but you won't get any arrears for the loss of pay I.e., the incremented pay from the next month of appraisal cycle end.
