.... Sometimes adopting multiple items for one purpose makes teachers overburdened. Too many observations for teachers but the salary is not satisfactory.

Very Poor Salary. Other than transport no other benefits. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day.

The environment created by the head(VP and Principal) is superb that actually boosts you up in working more and more for the growth and betterment of the students as well as school amd ultimately you grow as well. Also the head academics takes proper care of the curriculum and helps the teachers out if they have any confusion regarding anything.. overall the environment is such that one would love to work.

Nothing at all. So horrible place to work. High level politics. Mutusl joulosies very common. No managerial skill from principal. (Kanakapura road). No policy. No correction method only punishing method.

Dislikes

In kanakapura road there is dual management. One is GR international school managed by Glentree. 80% of the teachers left last year. I dont suggest teachers in this school. Only brown nosers can survive. Or only who can surrender your self esteem can survive. Helplessly we have to surrender our work ethics.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
