Very poor top management, they don't see the proof or never verify the back ground of the issue at least now a days technology grown up lot they are not using biometric and cc camera inside the office if team lead say's anything top management just remove the employees without trusting or verifying the root of the issue. I suggest it's just better to work in garment rather than working under this kind of poor management and you lose your self confidence and no security after your training completes they starts planning to to kick you outside because they never allow you to enjoy your production base salary.

Their is no proper management, they don't think about the root cause simply hiring and firing at mysore branch don't know about other branches but mysore seriously team lead playing with employee life she hires and if they worked well they try to remove them because it's production base they need employee till traing end because each project goes end by 4 to 5 months duration then after 3 months again it comes they hire new this is the main reason mysore team not expanded still.....please before firing employee find the root cause....if she complains for her sake how you trust aske her warning emails at least....finally do this....

I work as a team leader and I hold responsibility of my entire team and work. I make sure I complete the tasks given and I assign the work on daily basis. I train new candidates about the US mortgage process. There is no field work in this profession. Work is going good and the environment is comfortable to work.

Dislikes

There is no such things I dislike about my company but I feel I need to update my skills and I am looking for a job with more responsibility.
