There is biased from the Executive level. Those who are in the good in terms with Executive Director only those people get promotions and hike. Even I will Executive Director also are biased. Sometimes I feel it's not MNC Company we were working for a dictatorship. My line manager was terrible person under his so many people where left, but even HR not concerned about that, as there hands are tied, there is rule of narcissist people. The essence of the Gleeds is being compromised and being spoiled the atmosphere because of few egoistic, arrogant and corrupted minds people.
Team, team lead.other dept are welcoming and supportive.
Dislikes
Office politics and micromanagement.
Lack of trust and no Development unless you stand for it and if you raise a voice you are fired. If you wish to join, do not be creative and be a sheep!
