There is not a single thing to like about this company, neither job security nor work culture nor senior management nor company policies..etc..Only we need to work like Donkey to generate bill for client Specially site people PMC.

... at Site, because they don't have any guts questions the contractor and client.. and from last 2 years they is no hikes and they decreased our salary due covid pandemic, but work went all the year (actually we have to work more working hrs and senior management actually give dumkai that if targets are not reached u have to work without salary)and company takes continued bills from client. I request any engineer who is passionate about civil engineering don't join this company.

Company is good. No problem with work load or staff. Working condition depend on Client.

Salary and increment is low. Also people close to higher management are benefited with proper increment and promotions. Leave policy is good but taking leave depend upon client. Working environment in office is good but on site totally depend upon Client.

Better than most of the companies in terms of work life balance and job satisfaction, salary for those who joined after pandemic is good but for former employees still facing pay cuts from the original package...

...work satisfaction is also depends on which project or client you are working it. Salary is on time.

There is no bonus or performance bonus till now. Increament is average and might be depends on clients review.

Freedom to lead & express yourself, salary is ontime. Company culture is very good.

Facilities for site engineers could be improved. Stay & food allowance can be provided. If client wants you to work 24x7 you need to work 24x7, your management will not support you.
