Many things which can be put under dislikes; First & foremost is salary delay, Designations are just for namesake, Same designations are treated differently, All policies are Company favorable, Too much work stress with ABSOLUTELY ZERO appreciation, ZERO work life & Family life balance, Personal life & family life are given ZERO importance & only work matters for Company, People working dedicatedly will only suffer & peoples doing nothing are favorite's.... & many many more points which can be put under dislikes........

Dirty Politics, Salary Delay, HR Department is not supportive and if you are in HR department and supportive then your Head will not allow you to help employee. Manager is insecure to provide you good opportunity. No Team bonding. Partiality. Manager always manupulates and passing wrong information to Directors.

Working in this company for 12 years now. Started off as a draftsman with 25 k package per month, Current package is 3.5 lakhs per month. I have grown a lot in the company. Management is very supportive. Core Employees working in the company since inception. Good support of group companies.

Dislikes

As the organisation is very big with over 2000 people, a lot of politics played by employees in different departments.

Likes

In Glass Wall there is various departments like Design, Billing, HR, Purchase and Estimation but each team members are cooperative and supportive. Always like helping hand. Best part is IT team is always there to give prompt response with solution for technical error if any. Maintain hygeine. Growth is for sure if anyone is a good performer.

Salary delay but each industry has the same issue after covid pandemic situation.
