Every month job training and every month on time salary credit , and near by city distance.

Dislikes

Not available bus transport in every shift and not proper maintain quality tiffin and quality lunch and dinner, heavily work load, not proper given respect to operators from incharges.and mainly politics, security guards over action. not proper maintain shift timings for employees. Not available tea or coffee in night shift.

Shift timings was good. Salary credits was good. Company environment was good. Working area is not stress.

Dislikes

Very low package for freshers, please improve perks/benefits, but as a fresher, learning skills was good.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
