...worked over there for 3 months and I had worst experience with the organization. MR VIPIN TIWARI who work as a zonal head reports fake sale on employees name and if sale does not gets covered that amount is recovered from the employees salary. After that you will get torchered each and every day to get the work done beyond limit and at the end of the month your salary gets on hold and even you don't get anything after working continuously after 1 or 2months. This is the worst startup where after doing sales no service is been provided to customers after which customers launch police complaint at our name due to cheap company culture. If you don't want to spoil your career please don't join this organization. This company will give you salary whatever you want but at the end you will not get paid and you will be cheated and torchered each and everyday. Most Pathetic person is Vipin tiwari who is spoiling company reputation and company culture.

No job security. Join at your own risk as you may asked to leave at any time citing any lame excuses. No moral atticates. Your loss will only be suffered by your family and closed ones. Companies under the garb of start-up flex the policies as per their sole convenience. Never quit a stable company to join Glamplus.
