We are all here to provide safe and effective patient care.However, working beyond my duty timings should be worthful inview of my salary. Also, continuous exposure is not good for people who work under cathlab... It should be taken into consideration.

one month back my father was accident in Salem main road.he was admitted in Salem government hospital because very poor background in my family situation My father medical condition.he is very bad still now. Today asking my incharge for leave explaining my situation and need for 4 days leave at least two days leave but she is not understanding my situation. Today I am very disappointed mind because why I am working in gknm hospital.they in chargers not understanding the staff situation. This is my personal request if any wrong in the feedback and sorry thank you

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling hospital policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I had learned neet, correct , skills and technical talents and satisfied.

During last period of working time, then hospital.managing thought like seniors are not need to improve the hospital. This affect many staff and nursing care also.

Really a great pleasure to work over there...very supportive beneficial..shift time is so helpful fr the family women..

Shift time is good..bt staff relieving time lengthens..kindly fix handover time to relieve them soon
