Too much politics by management. No growth if you cant do buttering to management. Management have no trust on employees and always doubtful whether they are working or not. Very weak sales management team.

PROS Very less work since they have a lot of unnecessary emloyees Semi-govt type so very less work and timely salary Its more of a party place than work place Too much work-life balance No official sales target for Sales person. Sales personnel get salary more than their monthly target, that also after not achieving it year after year. CONS If someone likes to work then he/she will get bored U get lazy after doing almost no work and get salary. Therefore it becomes very difficult to work if you decide to change the Organization.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Seniors & Superviser do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Really adopts latest technology .I love the fact that I am a part of a team ARC lab coating is a very sensitive work lasted technology improve my skill and reading the new fild.

Compensation is decent but man power growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high I have work 10 -12 hours straight in a day...
