Terrible culture and atmosphere. Owner behave as if he has not hired you but you are a slave. Even there is no office boy and sometimes you have to broom. Issues on keeping switches on, cupboard left open and Boss always tries to hold you back in office even after 9-10 hours of daily shift. Very Unprofessional company. This is worst than a Lala Company.

Dislikes

Politics, bond, holds your salary of a month. No salary slips given, no appreciation. Only boss is right with any argument and even starts shouting on employees.

Would never suggest anyone to go there . It seems like u r not an employee company, they treat u like a servant. There is no sense of hierarchy here. Less talented people then u are managing u and telling u to do ur job, whereas they know absolutely nothing about how the work is done for the client. Work here is so terrible that you feel like you are doing data entry instead of account and even they don't know what is accounting. Boss will pin point you in every situations, and you will never get appreciated by him even though you are getting appreciation from client directly....

Great company to work for. Lot of learning experience even though your are a fresher. Company trains employees really well on how to work and how to deal with clients. The business owner is a kind person with concern for employees and is always helpful.

They are doing copy paste job, and you have to extend your shift everyday, and they are not giving you Overtime as well. If You Join this company then you are not able maintain your work life balance, tumhari shift 3:30PM PM sharp chalu ho jayegi but khatam kab hogi ye koi bata nhi sakta, in fact vaha ka Manager bhi khud 3:30 PM ka Bol ke 4:30 PM ko aata h or rarko Late niklta h.

Very Bad. Boss behaviour is very double minded. He need chatu employees to work. No over time & forcing to stay long. No comp-offb but forcely asking to come in weekend. Inching in little little things like wash your cups, chairs should be proper, toilet should be clean. Never suggesting any one to join.
