Salary is decent but career growth is slow because higher post r occupied by people who is in organisation from more than 10 years, So lot of work load on new employees

...are to payroll employee, there no chance to showcase ur skills, decision making. Huge difference in compensation and facility as well.

People those who are old in the system takes the system on a ride and treat them as GOD. New entrant shall feel lot of pressure initially to cope with the system and processes which age aged.
