Company md vp is good. But gm is not good. Because he therwout in this pendamic time to employ. He sequre his job.

More than 10% employees coming for office daily, salary deduction, no arrangement of company vehicle. Public transport for travelling.

No job security, politics, no skill growth, senior person have arrogance.

The salary comes on time.

They fall back on words. They will promise incentive at the time of joining so as to negotiate take home, then will extend probation, without an explanation as to why the extention, they incentive will not come. They have 'earned leaves' policy so the probation gets extended so as to extend that. Absolutely a school culture where you cant wear sleeveless or leave your hair open. Yes you have to keep your hair tied. (only hr is allowed to keep hair open). The owners dont respect employees. They dont know the meaning of having conversation. They just yell on top of their voice and pass personal comments.

Learning is there with some of the departments as well the director is supportive with work & makes comfortable easily once you are recognized.

I worked 3y+ At Hyderabad location manager was worst man, he will give false commitment at market, sales team will work but manager will take all credit and increment and insensitive, sales team will get zero increment, I have 12 years experience in sales I didn't see like diz management. No increment No grouth No one support
