...rom our salary and not deposited bank last 8 months, No. increment last 3 years. Nobody responsiable/ heared employee grieveness/problem, salary scale will be less. Only big name No benefit given to employee & No future.

Gitanjali was very cheap company and there are nothing job security and employees are not getting salary on time and their offices are very dirty and staff are chewing tobacco,pan masala, and spitting in any where in office premises specially in pentry and washroom

One of the terrible worst company, seen in my career, No management, Salary not on time. Can fired to any one at any time without any reason. Everything thing is on paper. But not practical.

Government Style Working Hours 8 to 5, Big House for stay, Food expenses.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but never get salary on time, sometime 2 months worked without salary, career growth is slow.

The Company is hurled with 300 matters with summons and Notice being served on daily basis which gives maximum exposure to the Legal Department.

Dislikes

The loud and noisy environment which makes it difficult to work affect the efficiency and productivity leaving us frustrated. No sense of corporate culture.
