...aktime, checks peoples phones without permission. no washrooms/dirty washrooms salary delay everytime toxic workplace the management wants you to give party if its your birthday and if you don't give they cut your salary all the positive reviews are written by the management using employees phones. doesn't give leave don't work here

The coworkers are great.

...l some facts. It's a 6 year old organisation and they do have bond for freshers. So, if you are unable to "survive" in the bond period you are supposed to pay thrice your base salary. After all terms and conditions, apart from 2-3 employees everyone left the organisation and paid the bond money as well. Rest I believe everyone is smart enough to understand. And well before joining thos organisation i hope you know they barely pay you the complete salary mentioned on your offer letter. These people are will always find a way to deduct your salary either by saying that your entry wasn't recorded or by just giving red cards. Also really poor infrastructure with good quality camera and mics because u as an employee are restricted to have a private life.

Its a lala type company, Very unprofessional, micro management, salary toh they dont want to give owner and HR Head both are unstable. O Work life balance, They will mentally harress the employees.

I have worked with several organizations in the past, and I must say that the work-life balance and leave policies at our current firm are among the worst I have encountered. The workload is consistently excessive, and the expectations placed on employees are unreasonable. This has led to a significant strain on my personal life and overall well-being. The leave policy is particularly problematic, as it is overly restrictive and does not adequately support employees during times of need. I believe that a healthy work-life balance is crucial for employee satisfaction and productivity. Unfortunately, the current policies in place are severely lacking in this regard. I urge the management to reconsider and improve these policies to create a more supportive and balanced work environment.

I am fortunate to work with GIST in terms of the behavioral and skill development I got here. Work ethics are really good & strong in this organization and I believe to have a long association with the organization.
