Salary is less and fixed irrespective of position, little politics, not that great not bad either

Their support and insights made the experience even more enjoyable." The atmosphere at Girnar was fantastic.. being surrounded by nature was refreshing. I picked up many things from my teammates. It was a great opportunity to bond and learn from each other.

Everything was alright, but I did notice that the salary was on the lower side.

the environment and the policy of the girnar care and here they provide equal opportunity to everyone and empathy for team and treat every employ as family .

salary part and no growth opportunity . there is 1 IJP - IJP stand for internal job posting in whole girnar care chance of promotion is less than 10 % as its a domestic call center experience letter is not considered much in other company

Oh my god, I can write 1000 words. The micro-management is unbelievable, being a DevOps Engineer which is a good post, the manager used to humiliate me and my colleagues every single day. They used to deduct pli for no reason, they can fire u for no reason, they will make your life hell for no reason. Don't ever join this company, IT director name is Parvez Ahmad Rishi, he is the worst human possible in the world. Do yourself a favour and stay unemployed rather than joining cardekho.

They are not providing any id card any business card.after I completed 1yrs 4month My location Bangalore. Still they are not providing NDC.After sending 44mail.They are not given proper response.
