...hing about this place is the constant recognition given to a person's hard work. Working hard and consistently exceeding expectations is solely and publicly recognised through benefits, promotions an increase in salary stipends. The company's compensation structure is clear cut and consistent, which leads to encouragement and healthy competition among employees. It's quite a sustainable situation for all parties involved because it encourages us all to work harder and increases positive results in the company as a whole.

...ne courses but didn't get any chance to apply them and get practical experience. In placement drive, I got selected in an organization with a good package but after few month I left it because the environment was not good or interesting at all. While surfing through the internet I came across Girl Power Talk post, after reading few articles published by them, I immediately applied. Fortunately, I got selected and the warm welcome by the team was surprising. For the first few weeks, I was packed with phone calls from each and every team member. Even after that, every second week, one of the team members messages me to ask how I am doing. Now I have friends here. Girl Power Talk has such a warm and friendly environment. I didn't feel like I am working for someone else, I felt like I am working for myself and the company is so good.
