Firstly they provide a very less amount to an engineer which is also less than a labour. They don't provide any allowances and don't take any epf they don't provide any insurance claims from their sides. But as a fresher u can learn a lot

Dislikes

Company was good to learn but job security is not here company's work culture is not so good. There is not a single holiday even in a year and working hours are more than 12 hour per day which is too much to handle
