I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employees rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The company pressure is very high. There is no on job training time to time hence senior folks like me have to guide them step to step, which is a pain sometimes.

My teammates are really very helpfull. And our seniors are very much helpfull to us. Company policy is good but company management is too poor.

Dislikes

...ustomer never be satisfied with company product & it has a mejor service issue. The date of salary is not fixed & that reason we are (GSC) facing so much difficulties in every month.
