Only the office is in Lotus complex so you get the good office structure, also there is a mama in office who take care the staff like family. he provides the tea and coffee plus he have his small snacks corner so you don't have to get down for chips and all. he is dam sweet.

Dislikes

I strongly advise DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY as a Garment Merchandiser for following reasons: 1.In interview who will take only one person the VP, she will not mentioned this in interview that there will be always a ''Late seating'' and after you join when you see the other colleagues seats till 7 to 8 pm indirectly you also stays that late, the office time is 10pm to 6.30pm, and even if you are leaving on time there is a rule that you have to take indirect permission from her and while leaving only she will take you time and you will end up going late. 2. VP attitude and her unprofessional nature: The VP behave like she is the queen of the company and others are her slave, she do not give respect to her staff but instead she expect in return. 3. the owner of the company do not give dam about the employee, even they see the VP is not behaving good with others but they close their eyes and let it happen anyway. Conclusion : the company does not have stable business operation, so you can loose your job anytime, i have seen this happen. they have indirectly fired a senior manager who had just join from 2 months. its better to remain jobless until you find a better opportunity then to join this company as a Garment merchandiser because they have only one VP for this department and she can make your life hell.

I WORKING LAST 10 YEARS THIS COMPANY. YEAR 2009-2019. I STAND COMPANY BRAND SOIE IN ALL OVER INDIA, SPECIAL IN NORTH. COMPANY MANAGEMENT NOT GOOD NOT JOB SECURITY.

MANAGEMENT ALL PERSON PLAY BED POLITICS WITH ALL EMPLOYEES. I REQUEST MANAGEMENT PLS NOT PLAYING THIS GAME. EMPLOYEES GIVE OVER BEST GOLDEN YEAR YOU BUT ARE GIVE RETURN 0. THIS IS VERY WRONG.
