...nagement is transparent.there is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Gini & jony is very good company for me as I working in this company from more then 2.5 years my experience is very good, I learnt so much from my company this company provides trainings Nd i love seniors they are so friendly with the staff Nd approach me for learning..I like the Seniors they always support me ..

I don't like about appraisal they dont give a good growth in salary..

I appeal to all the new commerce kindly not to join this company. They are playing with the employee life and not even given earn salary during covid-19 and also terminated most of the employees during this period.
