Only salary on time apart from that nothing.

Dislikes

1. Higher management very cheap way to treat employees. 2. Hire and fire policy. 3. They require people 24 × 7 4. Call any day and any time in night at 11 pm or 2 pm.

Teammates are good and cooperative, but the TLs are always playing politics, thats very bad.

Dislikes

...o dont know about html css n all. There is no job security and no career growth. If i m talk about salary , the will give you hard cash if your salary is less than 20k , no pf deduction. You have to work 6 days in a week, there is fix arival timing but no exit timing. You got only 4-5 gusted holiday. In short management is very cheap. No place to work.

The Engineering team members, along with their manager, are the primary reason for my positive experience in this organization. They are all highly talented and skilled professionals. 3. I would say thanks to Senior Delivery Manager and my Reporting Manager who always supported me.

...ected my confidence in the early stage of my career and felt quite demotivating. This ultimately led to a lower package than I deserved. 2. I encountered unprofessional behaviour from certain individuals, particularly by the HR VP, whose action toward everyone is discouraging and manipulative. 3. There was a complete lack of support from HR team. Most decision were centralized with the HR VP, who was rarely available - visiting the office once or twice a month - and seemed disconnected from employee's concerns. The rest of the HR team often came across as unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. The only positive experience I had was with Shibha Jain, who was supportive and professional, but unfortunately, she left shortly after I joined. 4. The appraisal process is often delayed to June or even July, despite being scheduled for April so that employees don't leave as soon as they get appraisal, which again is a cheap unprofessional tactic by the Respected HR VP. 5. There is so much politics in this organization. 6. The tech stack used in this organization is quite outdated, which limits learning opportunities and exposure to modern development practices. 7. Fake reviews posting is also there to keep the rating high. I recommend not to join if you have any other option.

Operation department is good for freshers, good learning, salary is on time, alternate Saturday off, 10-7 time normally but depend on your task.

Operation department is not good for experience personal, Work culture looks like lala ji ki dukan. No work life balance Unprofessional Manager and management also. Operation department personals behave very rude and everytime used .... Language Ek smay me ydi single mo. Se do person se bat krne ki ability ho tab hi join kren. Only Operation Department Manager is good. Worst company I have worked.
