I like working in gimatex because the very most important thing is that I would get a lot thing to know related to my work or profession which would definitely helps in tackling problem in future about my work. And the working culture is very smooth not pressurize by senior about work so it is smooth but offcourse before due date of work so all over I have a good experience

There are some problems which I want to highlight is about location location is not that good and also about cleanliness it need to done in a proper way that s all.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly leran and grow. I' m exposed to new challenges regulary, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.

Poor pay is mentioned many times. Unreasonable amount of work is also a source of Unhappiness.

1.Company policy is not transparent. 2. PANTRY SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EMPLOYEES 3.WORK CULTURE IS NOT IN STANDARD. 4.Learning & Development is zero
