Time to time Meetings, training programme conducted by the company, It's a very helpfull to me to grow my career path as well. working at Gillette is courage to me, Because the It's a world class brand & most recommended & trilusted brand by the customer in personal care Catogory. The atmosphere at the work place is good.

When Gillette is merger to P&G, We Group of Third party pay roll are not get any kind of Compositions.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high- quality products and has a globle Clint base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

The manager considers himself God.He feels that those working under him should enslave him.If the manager is given feedback on his behavior then he takes out personal hostility.The company is very good towards its employees but the management does not behave well.I wanted to do a job all my life so as not to delay, but after seeing the behavior of the manager, I had to leave the company.

My experience in Gillette was excellent and teammates behavior was also excellent ,learning about machine work ,environment was like familiar , training was knowledgeable also and work life balance

I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sametimes late into night
