They don't have any rule policy proper management Even the salary doesn't increase in a year I told many times but they don't provide any offer Letter One more thing in this company there is no extra leave like CL if the employee want to take leave then salary will be deduct so many things I don't want to tell .

I am working from 2 years and My designation is L2 noc here .. Gigantic Infotel is very best company for learnings and improving your skills as well as its better for your bright future ..if I am saying about company policies , Company policies are best as compare to another company .. Management always help their employees in every situation as per terms of Learnings/Money/others Thanks// Gaurav

Management is not there to manage this company. This company run by 3 brother who are only 12th pass. Don't know how to talk employee they abuse and shout. Though, they didn't shouted on me but coz my work was always perfect during my time in this company or else if they shouted on me. I would have beaten them very badly coz can listen abuse from anyone. Now here i comes to HR they are center and receptionist working in other company and joined this as HR. Don't know how to talk in company.
