(1) Every department is not good think before joining Engineering department (2) Leaving hours is not fixed actual time is 06:00 PM but leaving time is 7:00 PM not fixed (3) No employee engagement activities (4) Looks like corporate but it's not actual (5) Very slow typical government process for each and every process everywhere needs to circulate papers (6) Unnecessary work pressure for non creative work (7) Growth is slow (8) It's not typical government job, only tag of goverment but work is more than corporate and non professional behaviour (9) If you want to join for long term think before joining

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
