On time salary is the only thing which is good in this organisation.

What not to mention that is the biggest question. There are many things which contributes to f**k with your mental health. 1. Pathetic people, cheap mindset mostly seniors who have been in the organisation for long time they are actual snake. 2. The HR is the next level worst character here; she don't care about the employees never interacts and never ever able to understand the concerns of the employee. 3. Management here able to see everything but they are not bothering to take actions or a plan grow the organisation or to take any steps which can make better place to work. 4. Here if any senior has any issue with you they will never discuss with you instead of they will discuss at ur back and directly complaint to HR without knowing the exact reason here everything works on assumptions. 5. Pathetic process they follow as an IT company no analysis of the requirements just direct order n implement. Zero process oriented. 6. The organization feels like boarding school chalo chalo khana khane ki chutti hogai, chalo chlo break khatm nhi to ma'am chllayegi... The culture sucks here because of the people mindset have. So, much cold politics. There are many things but this much is enough not to join the organisation.

Only Salary comes on time. Nothing good to mention. Every single day, you will have new order, new update with no background. It is single application they are working since many years and it is still not working properly. Reason is they are adamant and not ready to accept any suggestions.

CTO is playing all the game. He want to be a King and will not allow anyone to make single change to existing work style. He comes in office in the noon, spends couple of hours with HR and then goes out. No positive work atmosphere. If you start talking about progress, promotion, suggestions; CTO will make you silent (by hook, by crook).

Please do not get tempted by all the positive reviews given here, they all are put by HR Department, you can notice all these 5 star ratings given in few days or some weeks (between Nov 2020 -Dec 2020 first week). This company do not have a good culture, please check carefully before joining. This company do not have a good reputation in terms of people management and employee relation. The leaders are too bossy.

Be a good politician to sustain here. You can come to office anytime (at your convenience) with your own vehicle. Bus people are main culprits to make others inconvenience.

Dislikes

CTO is always busy with HR and spends daily 3-4 hours with her for deep discussions. PMO is too much dedicated and spends 2.5 hrs in office. He needed remaining office time for Cigarette Breaks. 2 Solution Architects need no suggestions (right/wrong/anything) from anyone as they are OLD pillars.

I like company HR who is updating 5 star false reviews on almost every job portal. CTO works like a Boss without caring anyone. If you are a female or somehow manage to be in his good book then company will be heaven for you. Full of politics and No work. Thanks to CTO for doing nothing.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR, Rude CTO, No policies, work happens without any defined processes. You can't laugh or talk with other team members. If you do so, your seating arrangement will be changed without giving any reason/hint. You can't speak with Seniors and nobody is there to listen. Worst place to Work. Don't ruin your career please.
