Practically learning is awesome. Will get more time to learn from the mistake.job security here is fine.cross here pay is not as per the standard .here they only demotic indian project.we can achieve technical knowledge problem is communication and verbal is very low.

...ement is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very low compensation, base salary very low.. work in some project is good not all.. and same thing for work life balance. Higher management think only they are working in the company

Salary and compensation, Hike is negligible, no onsite only domestic project. Politics on high

This is better place to work, where client also respect to all team member.

There is no dislike from my side. Company gives a platform for future prospective. Yes i would also thanks to Naukri who gave me better opportunity in crusial situation.
