This company gives you a platform to actually learn and polish your skills for your next phase. Work life balance is something which i really appreciate here. I am working on a senior profile still no one disturb me after my working hours. The team we have in delhi office is extremely supportive in all aspects. Here we are working under great mentor who has set a great example which one can follow and admire.

Yes, there are issues related to appraisals but still they are fine. They can be better. Team is trying to match our expectations on that too.

No Support. No job security. You are coming to office at 9 and will be send back to home at 10. Mood based decision and business. No Authority. No market friendly policy. Immense work will be given but when you ask for increament they will humilate you and you will be shown the door.
