There is a lot of poltics.some team leader have more igo problem.boss never discuss about any staff problum.Team leader is totally powerful.

I am working with GPMA since past 11 years, and to start work with GPMA was best decision of my professional life. I have personally and professionally achieved a lots of growth and success during those years. GPMA is like my second home in Delhi, Mathur sir is father figure to me and Mitu mam is elder sister. In such professional era also I have gained such a wonderful GPMA family and I am really proud to be part of GPMA.

There is nothing in GPMA, which I and even other employees should dislike, because there are lots of employees who are working from last 10 years or more.

To be very honest- There's nothing to be liked much. In fact a lot to dislike.

Very genuine feedback as following: 1. The owner is greedy. He always try to earn from employees' salary. Huge deductions every month beyond committed salaries. 2. No career growth. 3. If somebody is ready to say 'Yes' to everything including unjustifiable things, this is the office. 4. Forget about work-life balance and be ready to spend holidays. endless list.....
