Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Project manager and deputy project manager is very good at my site , they always help us and guidance with their experience , and some of my seniors are very good by personally

Dislikes

Environment is not good of company , and salary is not time, not any job security and not career growth, Companies directors and trusties also live in company camp and abusing with staff and workers
