...working here . This is one of the worst experience. There is no security of job. They are playing a game of hire and fire before the salary credits to your account. Please dont get into this trap.

If you really want to build your career in any of the streams like onboarding, customer support, sales, client success or even operations, trust me this is not the place to work. The major thing is there is no security in the job they are just playing the game of Hire and Fire. There is no proper working environment air conditioners doesnt work , there is no proper water drinking facility, no covid precautions followed, you wont be having a proper desk to work on. Haha. The office doesn't even provide you wifi for calling clients through vpn. I can say that there are not so much of politics but the management doesn't address our issues. There is no cab facility, no food allowance, no soft skill traning. One of the best and worst experience in my life.
