There is no likes Working at Ghodawath consumer products, because they are doing business in Trading Module. Once customer purchased the goods feom the compaany, its end. there is no proper plan to run the business, No marketing support, like media, posm, Display things, Most of the are areas are blanks, But they are not at all bothering, No ontime pays to the employees, No incentive plans. No other benefits. Working culture is totally hectic at gcpl.
