Overall the company working culture is good, good opportunity to learn and progress, there is also slight average sallary incriminating.

Most of the area is good but there is need of some improvement in management side for more satisfaction for the employees

I Think the way they wants to full fil their task (By the employee) with in the time frame is a good culture maintain by the management.

The leg pulling culture a bed politics, backbiter employees are preferred by HO senior staff and like and promote them. degrade to other employee in front of those backbiter employees are the main disliking culture I have face there.

Nothing to like about GPP. Worst Company.

Management review meeting every week. Management expect you to deliver within week. Deptt head review meeting everyday. Deptt head scolded you on different things. Management MD scolded you on another thing. Deptt head expect to works upto 8:00 PM in evening. Workload is too too too excessive very very much. You are working on multiple projects in single time. All projects are urgent. No priority. No subordinates below you even you are Manager. You have to do everything by yourself. Even you have to pick the material from store by yourself. Very worst company I have ever seen. Even you have to do the ERP entries by yourself even if you are Manager. The persons who didn't works management give no work to them. Persons who works management take work from him upto when his soul come out from his body. No one give work to persons who didn't work. Very worst company.
