...his company to grow ,but they didn't have thought for sec and terminated them. Those who are liabilities towards family they accept retainership where 25-30% less salary offered where your permanent job become temporary.

This is one of the worst company i ever seen in my life.only marathi people get advantage not others.i.e,very cheap people are working here.you have to cry for your final settlement.you will never get full and final settlement.
