Have abaut 12 construction industry in the field of structure like Rob, Fly Over, Major Bridge, minor bridge with cast in situ pricast, pre-stressed I Girders and box Girders as Civil Foreman with some big organizations

The people specific to my projects were good & cooperating. Work-Life balance were good with regard to the projects I was assigned

Horrible HR policies. Blackmails by withholding the passport. Top management decisions (major & minor) changes like the daily weather. No consideration on the struggles which the employees are facing, especially issues pertained to the lower category personnel
