Have abaut 12 construction industry in the field of structure like Rob, Fly Over, Major Bridge, minor bridge with cast in situ pricast, pre-stressed I Girders and box Girders as Civil Foreman with some big organizations

I successfully transitioned to this new role after working for 23 years with a reputable hospital in India, quickly assimilated all required knowledge and competencies, succeeding in delivering all predefined goals. It Creating great result, Work relationships, Working with great people, Gaining knowledge and friends in the workplace. The people specific to my projects were good & cooperating. Work-Life balance were good with regard to the projects I was assigned

Dislikes

Horrible HR policies. Blackmails by withholding the passport. Top management decisions (major & minor) changes like the daily weather. No consideration on the struggles which the employees are facing, especially issues pertained to the lower category personnel
