NOBODY HAS AUTHORITY TO TAKE DECISION THOUGH THERE WAS A DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY BUT MD IS THE ONLY PERSON CAN TAKE DECISION . ALL CFO,COO, MANAGERS Designation ARE ONLY FOR NAME SAKE . for executive assistant they will give Business Development Manager JD there is a gender bias in this company . for female staff then won't be any respect at all .

This is an excellent company for freshers and Start up engineers. You've to attend sight for service and installation. That time you can learn many things. I like that experience.

Dislikes

Everything here is OK... But salary wise it's not satisfied. And have to for 2shifts sometimes. Some health issues may came. Because you can't sleep. These things I don't like here.

They are very open in letting us know about our career growth, which is zero. And they also let us know about our uprisal which is 1000 bucks a year.

Yes I disliked to have started my career in that firm
