Salary is on time, Client is John Deere so they will provide good training. Good for freshers only not foe experienced until and unless you don't have other offer

Appraisal is very poor, manager and HR don't have ethics, they want labors to join for contract period/ Bond of 2.6 years. Job security depend on the client JD. No smartphones allowed. Nothing to learn new things.

Job security is totally depends upon project and client because they have only one customer and compensation is not as expected,they have a bond of 2 years but if you have no project then tey will fire you and if you have projects and you got any good opportunity then you can't resign your job because of 2 years bond. Smartphone are not allowed here.

You can learn a lot of tools while working in GGS for various projects. If you are linguistic enough, i.e. if you can speak / understand Tamil, you can learn a lot here. Job security won't be much of an issue if you speak are good with the tools you use, have decent command over English and are 'flexible' to take up whatever role is offered to you. Work culture isn't that great, people belonging to the management are a different category altogether and the rest are mere 'resources'. I have spent 2 years in this company and I still don't know what to write about policies. Apart from the fact that you can't quit without serving the 2-month notice period (when the company is in need), I can't really comment on any other policy as such.

...are minimal, just for name sake. That too didn't happen for a year citing Covid. Salary is literally peanuts, unless you are some top management employee's relative. If the company asks you to travel somewhere, they do provide reimbursement (after about a month probably). Politics is everywhere and GGS is no exception. It actually, everywhere, depends on how manipulative you are. If you aren't, you're screwed. The bottom line would be: try to avoid getting here till the last extent, when you're only left with the option of remaining unemployed, then GGS can be considered. Anyhow after seeing no growth or similar opportunities, you're bound to suffocate. And I don't see a clear picture of what I am gonna be doing even after I get out of here.

Friendly and energetic environment which will push to work better

No balence between work life and personal life, working in shifts. Not satisfactory pay scale or hike procedure. No extra benefits or appreciation.

...r trainings require to attend on Saturday after completion of weekly work hours. By any chance client doesn't able provide work for less than 75% then salary will reduce to half.
