Worst company to work in. Not even a company it's a consultancy. They treat them like they are competitor to Naukri.com due to faltu data they have.

...ing to be disliked. Jhola Chaap Consultancy. Worst work culture. Jo work ethics. If you are dying still you have to wait for salary date to get the money. If you want to make your career sink you can join them. All the programs like employee engagement activities would happen only after 6 pm that is the timings when you leave for home.

The company has a strong and supportive work culture. Team leaders and managers are committed to bring out the best in each individual. The Top Management really cares about the employees as their own family members. Work environment is friendly and collaborative. Being a startup, it provides ample number of learning opportunities to develop oneself. Team members are also extremely helpful and approachable.

Like any dynamic workplace, here also one may face Ups and Downs when looking to achieve targets, but these experiences will eventually contribute to one's professional development. Overall, it's a fantastic place to grow professionally.

All the things the work life balance is nothing in this company. And the work culture is very terrible the management is fool only Rahul is someone who is okay but all the things wasn't reached to him.

Infrastructure is very bad. It's not a company,they behave like a third grade consultancy who take charges for job. Management doesn't care about work they will just pressurized you to work but doens't help you to reach the goal. The worst is there blood sucking culture where the employees are overworked and undervalued. Manages uses abusive languages to describe work. Don't join this company, save yourself from trap.
