...I was given the required environment, mentorship and space to enhance my skills. I joined in with a low salary but in just 1 year my salary tripled because here there is a “High Performance High Growth Policy”. This company is very serious about this. They would discuss a goal with you very transparently and offer a hike to complete it. The hike would then directly depend on the performance and not time period. Hence I have seen many cases wherein people have gotten 10-15k hike in just 3 months if they were able to achieve their goals. And of course the exact opposite thing happens with people who are not a culture fit to the organisation. Culture is another main principle. Members are briefed about how - Trust, Honesty, Loyalty to Team and Excellence are the pillars of the team during their induction round or monthly meets and any person who isn’t a fit, is political, two faced and or insecure of others success is identified quickly. They are made aware of their actions and if not fixed, are terminated. This is exactly why I love the vibe of Getsetfly Media and you can see some hate comments here too. It’s a pretty big office and trust me, I go to any room, social media, editing, researching, finance, people are really amicable, nobody has any personal agendas. We all sit and have lunch together at 1.30 including Gaurav Sir and Nikita Ma’am. I remember once I was feeling stressEd and I just told Nikita ma’am that can I work tomorrow as I am not feeling like working today. I was very scared because let’s face it, this isn’t even a “real mature” reason. But she agreed to it and sweetly told me no problem, Creative Block is a real thing. Basically you just have to talk to them transparently and they will help you out.

Trying to improve employees who do not perform well. I feel this sometimes burdens other performing team member. This happened with me once when 2 team members were poor performers and I had to complete their work. I think giving them 2 weeks is enough to judge them. This is my personal opinion. Also since this is a media company, sometimes because of trending news and uploads, I have to wait till 7.30ish but the vibe after 6.30 when everybody leaves is even better. Once I stayed till 10pm and Nikita Ma’am ordered pizza for all of us and we had a small party, while uploading a podcast. I

...n it would take atleast 7 months for my first hike. But they stood their ground. As soon as I completed by goal, my salary was hiked. Apart from this :- Great company culture Politics free environment Creative, supportive team members and leaders

Can serve coffee instead of tea as I don't like tea at all. Rest I have been working here since the last 4 months only so no major negatives till now. Hope this review helps!

.... They say they respect all religion but they reject candidates who are MUSLIMS. Conclusion: They will provide you the work after lunch time and ask you complete before you leave They talk about culture and environment, while they are the one who are good at back bitching and spreading negativity They wont hike your salary in 6 months Those who have NO knowledge of anything, will teach you how to do. CEO's Dad has worst attitude if you don't provide the work under heavy pressure he will abuse you behind your back. A Graphic Artist or a Video Editor needs a Creative Freedom but they wont allow those thing and instead will be asked to follow a list If you are asked to work under SOCIAL MEDIA department, you wont know when you are going home. There's no growth in terms of salary, experience because in the end you will be ordered to do what they say and not what you bring to the table THE MANAGEMENT is the BIGGEST MANIPULATOR.

The Previous HRs were not very helpful. There's definitely no work life balance and the management is a family of cheapskates that will promise you one salary at teh time of the interview but will find a silly reason to terminate you after a month because suddenly their budget is only 15-20k per employee for all vacancies. They want to hire trained professionals for 15 - 20 k and will not pay the employees their rightful salary.

I joined in here as a Video editor. I loved the fact that they taught you everything from how to edit a good video to advanced concepts of marketing. This is what I love the most, that even if a person doesn't have formal degree for a role, but is interested and committed to learn the skill, he would be taught it. This gave me opportunities to explore skill outside of my career choice.

Dislikes

The work schedule can sometimes get stressful even though compensation is fairly provided. It used to have some senior leader politics, but that problem was eliminated after reinforcing the culture values. I would say infrastructure could also be better.
