Everything is same as another company. They will commit but wouldn't fulfill.

Company is Good not so bad. I alway faces challenge for leave from my Manager only. He always make excuse even the clients approve the leave.

I love that fact that I am part of the Team that markets reliable, high quality services and has Global reach out and Client base. As a result, I get to Travel abroad . The plus point is that my colleagues are from various cultural background and collaboration is in our Trait.. The positive environment is the key factor here which is important for Work Life Balance...

1st year i got the salary appraisal 2nd year no appraisal. Even my colleagues no one get salary appraisal.

Hr does a great job as it seems like they hire the best people. I feel very lucky I had the chance to spend almost 5 years with these brilliant people. The office is at the best possible location in Budapest. One of the very few companies to offer home office.

Just like at any other companies, bad things can happen. However, the management is quick to find the best possible solution. They also give credits to the employees. It happened with me only once that I had major issues with my shift schedule and although I informed my managers asap, it took several weeks to find out that there are technical issues with the Rota system. Those weeks were quite stressful and I also quit my job because of the workload just to regret it later.
