When GetMyUni was separate entity that time it was good. As soon it merged with Collegedekho, the growth of the company, work culture, etc everything has become disaster. They just take the work from employee and tell them to shift from Bangalore office to Gurgaon office without giving any notice. If not, then put down your papers

Dislikes

Worst part is, they make promises and get the work done but they don't stand with their words. Their CEO Ruchir Arora, came to Bangalore office and promised about appraisal, that it will happen by Oct'24 in-front of all the employees but nothing has happened from past 2 years. They are totally dependent upon investor money while when GetMyUni was running as individual entity, everytime they stand with their promises and it was doing well while GMU was bootstrap.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
