Not a good company to work with Salary credit not happen on time... Company issued Cheques bounced everyday so you keep listening abusive language with your suppliers... Work delivery is biggest problem... You will not get customer work done on time so Customers are also using abusive language with you... Service delivery staff do not want to work at all... Politics is in full flow... Every body wants to be in good books with Mr Sanjeev Gupta MD and provide wrong information to him which is not fully correct...

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily adopt the latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of a development team that ethically caters to a huge client base.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overloaded. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow.

Colleagues were nice n very helpful. My manager was very supportive.

Even after serving my notice period, my last salary was not released. I had to constantly keep a follow up but even then it was useless. Besides I m not the only one. Many of the writers have faced similar situation.

Getit was an amazing company to work with, it was huge learning and great experience. I worked in Getit for 17 years... every moment to be cherished.. it was so unfortunate that such a great company got collapsed due to investor issues. I had a wonderful teammates, excellent training programs, highly growth oriented career, great policies I mean I loved everything out there....

Lack of direction from the top management, the way they handled investors were the reason for the debacle

This company was shut down in 2016 without giving any f&f to their 6000 employees. Management is from Malaysia and Government has not taken any step for Indian workers. Astro Group Malaysia owners are fraud.
