Free Food 3 times a day + snacks at Evening. Great for those who are joining from Non Tech Background(BPO, Mech, Electrical, Electronics, B.Com etc) as you know next to nothing anyways. So you will feel like learning something here, hence it will be easier for you to switch companies that require real IT skills! Coworkers are freindly and help a lot to teach you about the product. Just maintain good relations with them except few.

Dislikes

Work from Office (except some circumstance), Below par Appraisal, 9 hours work (minimum), no overtime, no night shift, NO yearly promotion, less holidays and only 6 sick leaves/year. You may get call anytime of day and night outside of your working hours. You will work like a donkey without any recognization. If you work during weekends, you won't be given any extra day off or monetary comp. Stay away from this company if you are joining Support Team (For other departments, work is ok and recognization is given, expect Appraisal is below par). It was good before Covid now they do cost cutting in every section inspite increasing thier revenue. If you have no family, no friends, no social life this company is a tinder or bumble match for you.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
