The office environment is a nightmare, with constant reporting every second, and you’re forced to work after hours (an extra 40–90 minutes daily). In the beginning, the owner acts all sweet and kind, but within 2–3 months, you see the real devil behind the facade. He’s two-faced and treats employees like absolute garbage. After getting a hike, technically you’ve become a bonded laborer. All the so-called "reviews" are fake and written by the company itself to cover up the truth. There’s no work-life balance, and the company has no ethics whatsoever.
